eSchoolView -- which powers more than 1,300 schools and district websites with a Content Management System (CMS)
-- was born in 2009 out of passion, determination and dedication.
Executive Directors Rob O’Leary and Grant Wright were not new to the process of building a business, but they were steadfast in their desire to create a company that kept the customer at its very core.
The pair first joined forces in 2002 to create SchoolPointe (part of the Digital School Network) to design websites for schools and educational organizations
, then left about five years later to create Infinite Cohesion when SchoolPointe merged with another company in 2007.
Kroger, Limited Brands and various townships and cities were among Infinite Cohesion clients. Yet, Rob and Grant -- entrepreneurial whizzes -- wanted to return to serving schools and school districts with their content management system and CMS-based products and tools
. North Ridgeville City Schools
was the first eSchoolView client, but the list quickly grew. Folks were impressed with quality of the Content Management System and the top-rate customer service
. Now more than 1,300 schools and districts rely on eSchoolView to power their websites.
Rob and Grant have also established key partnerships
to make their product affordable and accessible to all districts. Many educational organizations in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, New York, Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Illinois, California, Arkansas, West Virginia, Georgia and Pennsylvania directly endorse the eSchoolView Content Management System (CMS) and related products.
A core value at eSchoolView is customer satisfaction
. As a result, updates and enhancements for the content management system software are routine.
In fact, some of the eSchoolView products — Facilities Management, Parent Portal, Instant Connect, Event Registration, School Store and Mobile — were created as a direct result of the partnerships and meeting the diverse needs of the clients.
“We have a constantly growing list of ideas, and we rank them based on our customer feedback,” Rob said. “If a customer needs something, we make it a priority to build the component or revise our current system to make sure the CMS is meeting their communication needs.”
Rob and Grant are no longer alone on their mission. In less than four years, the eSchoolView team has grown to nearly two dozen creative individuals
with a similar passion for building — and growing — the premiere website solution for schools, districts and educational organizations.
