eSchoolView’s CMS is easy to use. Clients generally need less than two hours of training on the software to be proficient enough to post news and photo galleries, add events to a calendar, upload documents and links as well as posting videos. A total of five hours of training per year is included with each contract, so after our clients become savvy with the basics, we can offer additional training to help them continue to improve their website.
Our product is reliable. Our servers are located in our building,so if there is ever a problem, we are automatically notified so we can quickly troubleshoot. Our support staff is easy to reach by phone, email, or via the technical support button located on every screen within the CMS. We are always ready to respond to any problems or help our clients with questions about how to use the software.

Creating teacher Web pages in our CMS is simple, and we have created a tailored five-page user manual to help teachers get their pages up and running quickly, without hours of frustration. eSchoolView gets your site up and running quickly. Our tech support team will migrate all relevant content from your old website to your new one, so you can move from design to launch quickly. Our goal is to make the transition to your new site with minimal involvement on your part.
Our CMS makes multi-media easy. A picture says a thousand words, but a video captures much more! Our CMS can embed content from outside sources and convert video, so you can use a variety of media on your site to engage your community. We also offer unlimited storage space including a backup of all files. You can also post unlimited numbers of podcasts, so your community can go beyond just reading about your events and viewing photos.
eSchoolView’s CMS is affordable. While we do offer some innovative add-on features, such asSchool Store, Mobile Suite, Facilities Management, Event Registration and Parent Portal options, our basic package includes everything a district needs to create a successful, professional and effective website. We do not believe in hidden charges and extra fees and our service is E-Rate eligible to help defer costs.
