Andrew Erdman's technical expertise and dedication to customer service: a winning combination at eSchoolView
Andrew Erdman was such a terrific intern for us at eSchoolView during the winter of 2009-2010, we brought him on as our new Project Coordinator in July 2010. Within one year, he was promoted to Education Client Specialist. Although his weekends and free time are filled with movies, exercise, music and friends, his time with us is devoted to ensuring our customers receive the top notch customer service we promise.
Andrew is a former Bobcat, and graduated from Ohio University in June, 2010, with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He majored in Management Information Systems.
Andrew is also a Buckeye fan. He is a native of Columbus, and grew up in Upper Arlington. He currently lives in the Brewery District.
“I love working at eSchoolView. I do a wide variety of things here and enjoy every bit of it. Everyone I work with is great. We have an awesome product that makes things far easier for the users, as opposed to other products they are used to. And while teaching our customers how to get the most of our product, I get a chance to know many of them on a personal level,” said Andrew.
