Ben Good’s passion for building long-term relationships translates into client satisfaction
Benjamin Good’s passion for customer service and skillful time management keeps eSchoolView clients satisfied. Ben comes from the banking industry, where he honed his customer service practices and managed a full time staff of loan officers. His position at eSchoolView allows him to continue to offer top notch customer service for a product he supports enthusiastically. “I enjoy the opportunity to build long term relationships with clients in a line of work that is very fulfilling,” says Ben. eSchoolView’s team benefits from Benjamin Good’s dedication to a positive client experience.
After earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from DeVry University, Ben spent over five years in the mortgage business. During his tenure in bank management, Ben had the opportunity to not only manage a staff, but also to oversee operations, training, staffing, and marketing. He now uses these experiences to enhance his work at eSchoolView. “I enjoy listening to our clients and take pride in my ability to offer the best solution(s) to their individual needs. eSchoolView’s flexibility and commitment to the client means they support the initiatives I create that will help improve the customer experience,” says Ben.

In his free time, Ben enjoys fine dining and music with his friends and family. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle and visiting new places.
