eSchoolView is the product of
experience, patience, expertise and passion.


In 2002, friends and entrepreneurial whizzes Rob O’Leary and Grant Wright started their journey together when they created SchoolPointe (part of the Digital School Network), a company that provided Web design for educational institutions.  Rob, with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Communications from Franklin University, and Grant, a graduate of The Ohio State University’s business program, used their winning combination of creativity, drive, and technical expertise to create a content management system tailored for educational settings.  

After five years together and a merger with another company, Rob and Grant left the company in 2007 to start Infinite Cohesion, a company dedicated to helping businesses with their Web communication.  They worked with clients such as Kroger, Limited Brands, and various townships and cities.  

In 2009, eSchoolView, a division of Infinite Cohesion, was born, and Rob and Grant began working with school districts and educational support organizations again.  Their first educational client was North Ridgeville City Schools. Before long, other districts learned firsthand the quality of their product and customer service. eSchoolView has grown to serve over 300 customers across the country.  

Rob and Grant have also worked hard to establish key partnerships to make their product affordable and accessible to all districts.  They have worked to secure educational organizations throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, New York, Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Illinois, California, Arkansas, West Virginia, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. This includes partnerships with many state education and technology centers which provide technology support and cooperative purchasing power to school districts.  eSchoolView’s partners understand that a Web presence is essential in any school district’s communication plan.  By endorsing the quality and reliability of eSchoolView’s CMS, these partners save their members the time, money and stress shopping for a Web design company.  As our clients implement the CMS, several have requested we develop additional software products to assist them in their daily activities saving time and money.  These include Facilities Management, Parent Portal, Instant Connect, Event Registration, School Store and Mobile Suite.

A core value at eSchoolView is customer satisfaction.  In order to ensure each client is satisfied with their website, eSchoolView continually updates and enhances its content management system software.  In fact, quarterly maintenance enhancements appear every 60-90 days.  “We have a constantly growing list of ideas, and we rank them based on our customer feedback.  If a customer needs something, we make it a priority to build the component or revise our current system to make sure the CMS is meeting their communication needs,” says Rob.

The company also invests time and resources into customer service and support.  eSchoolView offers a variety of pathways to immediate attention and support.  Each client has the ability to email, phone, access a complete training manual and videos directly from the site, or click on the support button while working on the site.  eSchoolView support responds quickly and efficiently, making the maintenance of the site easy and trouble-free.  Rob and Grant ensure that each client has the training and customer service support it needs to get the most out of its investment.

In order to maintain the superior quality of its product and services, eSchoolView has grown to a staff of twenty-one.  It has had steady growth expanding office space at the corporate headquarters downtown Columbus, at 240 N. 5th Street, Suite 200 as well as other offices improving customer service. “Our office space houses both our staff and our servers.  Having the servers co-located adjacent to our office helps us prevent interruptions of service, because we can deal with any technical difficulties that arise quickly and efficiently,” says Rob.  Support and development staff also enjoy faster Internet speeds, which means customers will see the team updating the software and addressing changes faster.
