Robert Delay, Education Client Specialist, knows what it takes to keep customers happy and has the skills and experience to add value to the eSchoolView team. After graduating from Wilmington College of Ohio in 2010 with a major in Communication Arts and a concentration in journalism and public relations, Robert spent time working in customer service.

“My former positions required I explain complex information in a clear and effective manner and that I provided front-end customer service. These skills will be important in my work at eSchoolView as well,” said Robert.

Robert also has experience with design and marketing, so he is a valuable asset to eSchoolView clients who are trying to get the most out of their Content Management System. “I am excited about not only helping our clients see new ways to use their websites to connect to their communities but also working with the eSchoolView’s creative team to create innovative design solutions for new clients,” said Robert.

When Robert is not working, he enjoys biking, photography and music.  He not only listens to music, but also plays the piano.
