In addition to their new high school facility, Beachwood City Schools’ community will also enjoy a new district website. The new design will help the district personnel at Beachwood City Schools communicate effectively with its parents, students and community members about the numerous activities and events in the district. Beachwood is committed to its partnerships within the community that work collaboratively to instill a sense of social responsibility in their students. The new site will have the capability to serve as a two-way communications vehicle, with blogging and surveying capabilities, so the district and its partners can stay connected and informed of each other’s needs and initiatives.
Through its extensive work with educational institutions, eSchoolView’s creative team has continually improved and expanded its content management system (CMS) to become the ideal system for any school. The creative team understands school communications and is ready to help each of its clients get the most out of their district’s Web presence by providing ongoing training and support.
Visitors to the new site will enjoy easy navigation, tailored with customized drop down menus, calendars and consistent design elements, to help them find the information they need quickly. Each school will have its own page, where administrators and faculty can communicate directly with their families and community partners. Individual staff members can also create their own Web pages with consistent design and navigation to help parents and students stay informed about homework assignments, class or club activities, and other relevant information.
“Beachwood is a top-notch district in Ohio. I am really looking forward to providing them with a superior website, so they can showcase all the awesome opportunities they have for their students,” said Rob O’Leary, Director of eSchoolView.
