eSchoolView proudly announces its newest client in Pennsylvania, Shaler Area School District. The district chose eSchoolView because our CMS is easy to use, and they liked the clean, professional design of other school Web sites powered by eSchoolView. The district leaders are looking forward to enhancing their community presence with their new Web site, and using the CMS to engage the community in dialogue about school issues.

“We were looking for a website CMS that would streamline the process of keeping our Web site updated across the district.  eSchoolView provided the flexibility to maximize our website to communicate with district employees, parents and community members. We were very impressed with the ease of use, back-end design and the forward thinking that eSchoolView provided to us during our selection process,” said Bryan O'Black, Director of Technology and Assessment.

Shaler Area School District leaders are planning to distribute the responsibility of keeping the Web content up-to-date, and eSchoolView’s CMS is designed so multiple district representatives can upload content from any computer with an Internet connection. Each school will have the ability to create its own customized news stories and include photo galleries that showcase students in action. The district will also enjoy a much more compact calendar feature that can be customized for individual building, departments or district events. Each staff member could also maintain a personal page, so information on the site will remain timely and accurate.  The CMS will ensure the design and navigation is consistent and professional on each page.

The district will also enjoy eSchoolView’s top quality customer service and training. Not only will members of the eSchoolView team conduct personalized training, they are also available anytime online.

“The community, parents, and staff at Shaler Area School District will love their new Web site, because it will make it easy to stay informed and involved in the schools.  Parents will especially like the easy navigation and the ability to connect quickly to classrooms or school groups their children belong to,” says Rob O’Leary, Executive Director of eSchoolView.
