May 2012 - Butler ESC
Butler County ESC is ready to take their Web presence to a new level. eSchoolView’s creative team will begin by redesigning the organization’s logo and website design. Then, the technical team will get to work transferring content from their old site. The organization is also going to take advantage of eSchoolView’s Mobile Suite, so their community members can access their website while they are on the move. The Mobile Suite optimizes the Web content for mobile devices, such as cell phones and tablets.
Because education service centers organize a number of professional development events and meetings, Butler County ESC will also use eSchoolView’s Event Registration and Facilities Management systems. These features will help the ESC save time and money by offering online registration and rentals, sending automatic reminders and notifying registrants of changes or other events.
ESC leaders are looking forward to having a system that is easy to use, so they will be able to keep their content up-to-date without a hassle. After initial comprehensive training, eSchoolView’s technical team will also be available to help ESC employees troubleshoot as they learn the system. The team will also customize components as new communication needs arise.
“ESCs love our system, because it makes communication with their member districts easy. Butler County ESC leaders will soon wonder how they did business without the event registration and facilities rental systems, because these components will streamline processes and reduce costly mistakes,” says Rob O’Leary, Director of eSchoolView.
