 Cuyahoga Valley Career Center recognizes the value eSchoolView’s CMS can add to its communications efforts. In order to stay at the forefront of technology and showcase their winning programs, school leaders also purchased the Event Registration and the School Store software. Their new site will be a true hub of communications where their community can read about the school’s successes and initiatives, register for events, and purchase school supplies and spirit wear.
CVCC’s leaders like eSchoolView’s customized design process and the features and flexibility of the software. They were also pleased to learn that our product will actually save them money, because eSchoolView’s CMS includes everything a school needs to build a successful and effective Web presence. The CMS can also help save recruiting and marketing costs. It can differentiate the Web visitor’s experience, maintain separate lists of potential high school and adult students, and send targeted emails at specific times during the year. These functions can maintain consistency in the school’s messaging and reduce clerical errors that can affect recruiting efforts.
School leaders at Cuyahoga Valley Career Center are also looking forward to training their lab teachers to maintain their own pages. The CMS is easy to use and school personnel without any computer programming experience can learn to use blogs, videos, and flash components to bring their programs to life on the Web. News features, photo galleries and customized calendars also help them keep their communities and home schools up-to-date on the most current events at the schools. The Event Registration system can also help the career center maximize attendance at their many events where they recruit new students and work collaboratively with their community members.
