May 2012 - Hardin County
Hardin County School leaders proudly announced the launch of their new Web site this week.  Using eSchoolView’s CMS, the district site now features a professional design and navigation that will make information more accessible.

Visitors will be able to find news and announcements directly from the home page and then click to read more.  They will also enjoy scrolling pictures that bring the news and the school district’s achievements and activities to life.

Hardin County Schools values its partnership with parents, so they created a tab just for parents with a number of links to useful information.  Parents can also download forms, such as school health forms or information about volunteering in the schools.

Students have their own tab as well, and the district has posted a number of resources for students, including the KY Virtual Library, research tools, college planning and information on character education.

Hardin County School leaders like how easy the CMS is to use, so they are now working with eSchoolView to build pages for each of their schools.  Eventually, each school will have its own Web site with consistent design and navigation features and classroom level information.

“The community around Hardin Local Schools and the students and staff will see how much easier information is to find and manage with our CMS.  I am looking forward to helping the district administration continue to expand the site as they add pages for schools.  Their new Web site will become a regular and useful resource for parents, students and the community,” says Rob O’Leary, Executive Director at eSchoolView.
