 eSchoolView proudly announces its continued expansion as it adds Franklin Local Schools to its growing list of Ohio customers through its OME-RESA partnership. The district’s site will benefit from eSchoolView’s CMS, which will enable it to post photo galleries, add news features, and create intuitive navigation. The new site will also have the capability to offer a number of cutting edge communication strategies such as blogs, RSS feeds, e-newsletter blasts, and podcasts.
The district switch will not only please its community members: eSchoolView’s clients enjoy excellent customer support, too. eSchoolView offers a variety of ways for their customers to get immediate attention and support. Each client has the ability to email, phone, access a complete training manual directly from the site, or click on the support button while working on the site. eSchoolView support responds quickly and efficiently, making the maintenance of the site easy and trouble-free. The company also tailors training to meet the unique needs of the district.
“Franklin community members are going to enjoy the depth of information and variety of features the district’s new website will offer. The current site does not have the capacity to be interactive. eSchoolView’s CMS will give this district the ability to use their website to begin a two-way conversations with their community members, parents, and students,” said Rob O’Leary, Director of eSchoolView.
eSchoolView's partnership with OME-RESA, one of Ohio’s 23 Information Technology Centers, enabled Franklin Local Schools to secure eSchoolView's product and support at a discounted rate.
