Rob O’Leary is an entrepreneur, a perfectionist, and an inspiring leader.  After graduating with a degree in Digital Communications from Franklin University, he teamed up with long-time friend, Grant Wright, and began the journey that led to the founding of eSchoolView in 2009.  Rob’s commitment to a quality product and excellent customer support has made eSchoolView a widely popular choice for many school districts and educational support organizations.

His management style has also made eSchoolView a great place to work, so he has selected and nurtured a dedicated and loyal staff.  “The quality and commitment of my staff is what makes eSchoolView work.  They are willing to do just about anything to ensure our customers get the most out of our product and have a great experience with our company,” says Rob.  

Rob is also a perfectionist.  He continually pushes his creative team to improve their product and consider new approaches for school communication.  “Our company works closely with all our clients.  If a customer needs something, we make it a priority to build the component or revise our current system to make sure our CMS is meeting all our client’s communication needs,” says Rob.  

Rob’s experience, drive, and honest commitment to his customers has not gone unnoticed.  He has formed a number of key partnerships with educational support organizations that endorse his product, and eSchoolView now offers special pricing to members of those organizations.  In less than three years, the company has grown quickly and now serves over 300 organizations across the United States.   

In addition to his dedication to his company, his product, and his clients, Rob is also a dedicated husband and father.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time teaching his toddler, Aiven, to dance, read and talk.
