eSchoolView offers second-to-none training and support

Technical support is never far away for eSchoolView clients. We want our clients to get the most out of our CMS, and we are dedicated to providing the necessary training and support.
eSchoolView clients receive five hours of training each year. This training usually occurs after the site design is approved and before the site is launched, so clients can use that training time to build their actual site. Each additional year, the organization can schedule an additional five hours of training to train new staff members on the software or offer professional development to the point people in their organization.
This training is separate from the support we offer. Many companies consider support and training the same service, so they charge their clients for technical support. At eSchoolView, we consider support separately. Our clients can access unlimited, free technical support anytime through a variety of means, and they can expect a quick response to their inquiries, usually within 24 hours. This support is totally unrelated to the five hours of training they are entitled to each year. Also, eSchoolView knows how important it is to have multiple people involved in the maintenance of your organization’s website, so we do not require our clients to funnel questions through a district representative, such as a technical director. We are available to anyone in our clients’ organizations, anytime.
Our clients can access technical support in the following ways:
• We are available by phone anytime, and if we are not at our desks, our office phones forward to our cell phones.
• Our clients can also email us questions, and we generally respond to their questions within 24 hours.
• A number of training videos are accessible through the CMS. These videos are 2-3 minute flash streaming video clips with voice overlay on how to do just about anything in the software.
• An online technical support request button is also available in our software on every page, so clients can access support with just one click.
eSchoolView knows a product is only effective if it is understood and used well. Our support team is dedicated to making sure our clients not only know the possibilities our software creates for their Web communications, but also have the skills to use the CMS to its potential. |
