CMS and componentsMany of the components that are included in our affordable content management system (CMS) for school districts and education organizations may substitute other software your district has purchased or provide a more reliable solution. Some of these might include: board meeting documents upload, video streaming software capabilities, interactive job board postings, alumni participation, survey and quiz form builders and/or social media script window.

Want an informed community? Provide information at their fingertips on the website with access to an unlimited number of documents. Some community members may not be able to make it to the board meetings, so provide a live version through our streaming video component. Other community members want their information through social media.

With social media on the rise the script window allows for embedded advanced coded scripts and language. This is used, for example, to embed Twitter and Facebook feeds into your site. Teachers can use this component to embed education related widgets from other 3rd party websites without the additional “non-educational” videos or ads that appear.

Do you want feedback from your parents, students, staff and community? Let their voice be heard and act on it to provide an atmosphere where you show your appreciation for their support and take into consideration where their tax dollars are spent. You can do this through a simple survey where results can be tallied to understand everyone’s needs.

Convenience is the key for your stakeholders to provide support to your school district or organization!
