Our clients can access this unlimited technical support in several ways including—phone, email, as well as several training videos that are accessible through our CMS. These videos are 2-3 minute flash streaming video clips on how to do just about anything in our software. There is also an online technical support request button available in our software on every page, giving clients access to support with just the click of a button.
- Five hours of training each year—Our clients can schedule an additional five hours of training for new staff members on the software or offer professional development
- Unlimited and free technical support anytime through a variety of means—within 24 hours!
- We do not require our clients to funnel questions through one district representative—we are available to every one of our clients’ organizations, anytime.
