eSchoolView selected among top 50 of nation’s tech providers

eSchoolView continues to make a name for itself as the young company gains national recognition for its work.

The Columbus-Ohio firm eSchoolView was recently selected by CIOReview as one of the nation’s 50 most Promising Education Technology Solution Providers. The company, which got it start in 2008, recently doubled its downtown office space to 5,000 square feet and opened an office in Charlotte last year.

CIOReview reports on blooming enterprises and looks for companies that will enhance the business goals of entrepreneurs. It identifies high-level executives who are capable of providing insight to positively impact the technology and business leaders of the future.

eSchoolView was selected for the recognition for its ability to manage the entire technical process — from design and development to data migration to hosting — for their clients so the administrators they serve can focus completely on developing educational environments for their students and staffs.

“Our business model has always been dependent upon providing services that increase efficiency and save resources for schools, districts and educational organizations across the country,” eSchoolView’s Executive Director Rob O’Leary said. “We believe our role to be critical in providing a reliable and trustworthy service.”

eSchoolView sets itself apart from other companies with its Content Management System (CMS), a flexible, easy-to-use software that builds custom websites for schools and educational organizations. Featuring nearly 20 cloud-based components, the CMS provides the opportunity to publish blogs, podcasts, surveys, streaming video and photo galleries with responsive mobile sites to engage school communities.

eSchoolView is also the developer of OneView, a tool created to enhance data integration. It combines Parent Portal features, athletic forms, online enrollment for new students and forms for current students in one complete package.

“School districts can use OneView to read and push data back into various student information systems (SIS), helping them increase internal efficiency and parent engagement through a single login,” O’Leary said. “Our clients tell us we stand out because we offer a product that is easy-to-use and then provide the support and training they need to become proficient users.”

eSchoolView’s revenue growth lands the company near the top third (at 1907) of Inc. Magazine’s 5000 list of fastest growing companies in the U.S. for the second consecutive year. With an additional office Arizona, the company serves more than 1,500 schools and school districts from California to Georgia to New York.
