Site launch marks strong growth in west for eSchoolView

Casa Grande and eSchoolViewThe recent launch of Casa Grande Union High School District’s website in southern Arizona underscores the growth of an affordable website developer across the state.

More than a dozen Arizona districts have turned to eSchoolView, a Columbus, Ohio-based company that creates tailor-made websites and educational management software. The sites are created on a Content Management System designed specifically for schools.

eSchoolView — with offices in Prescott and Charlotte, N.C. — is one of the nation's fastest growing privately held companies. Its revenue growth lands the company near the top third (at 1907) of Inc. Magazine’s 5000 list for the second consecutive year.

Intuitive navigation, an emphasis on crisp graphics and the prominent role of the photo gallery are key elements to Casa Grande’s new design. Less emphasis on text also increases interaction between the site and end-user.

“We want to help build strong connections between home and school,” eSchoolView Executive Director Rob O’Leary said. “Academic achievement rises when parents are involved in and informed about their children's activities.”

eSchoolView serves hundreds of school districts and educational organizations across the country. The company was recently identified as a preferred provider for the Greater Phoenix Purchasing Consortium of Schools (GCCPS).

"Our job is to create state-of-the-art tools that make website management easy," O'Leary said. "We spend a great deal of time working with our clients in order to develop the right package of products to meet their needs."

OneView, one of eSchoolView's newest products aimed at enhancing parent engagement, is a one-of-a-kind solution to manage student data. It combines parent portal features, athletic forms and enrollment information in one complete package, eliminating the need for parents and teachers to have multiple accounts for access.

The company’s Instant Connect tool enables school districts to send real-time alerts and notifications and allows students to make anonymous reports if they feel threatened. eSchoolView's BoxCast service brings live, commercial-free video streaming to school websites.

Named as one of 50 Most Promising Education Tech Solution Providers by CIOReview, eSchoolView’s product bundles also incorporate facility management, learning management, calendaring and school store solutions. EdTech Digest gave OneView a 2016 Cool Tool award.
